One-on-One Coaching

Overview

As individuals, we are running through life at an ever-accelerating pace, with more and more life roles, and ever changing definitions of success. More people are exhausted, saying things like “Yeesh – Life’s suppose to be more fun than this!” “I’m not happy!” and “Life’s passing me by!”  Time to reconnect with your true Life Dots!

 

Co-active coaching provides individuals with the opportunity to re-establish their life priorities.  What’s Co-active mean?  Just what it sounds like – you & your coach working together to reach fulfilment & balance in your life while living your true values.  As the client you are the expert on your life; as your coach, we’re the expert on asking the right questions for you to reconnect  to what’s important to you. You are the holder of the agenda.

 

The relationship between you and your coach is built on trust, commitment, effectiveness and confidentiality.   Your coach will assist your thought process with provoking questions to help you reach your connected Life Dots. Commitment by both parties & accountability for getting results will be consented to.

 

A 3 month contract provides you:

  • A 90 minute discovery session that allows you to decide what the agenda is for our time together based on our findings.
  • 2 - 45 minute one-on-one coaching session a month (6 sessions total)
  • Daily life dot tips
  • Weekly consultation (as necessary)
  • Monthly Life Dots 1 page mailer
  • Brainstorming
  • Goal setting & creation of action plan
  • Consistent Support & Commitment throughout process
  • A champion of you!

Coaching Logistics

  • Every new client starts with some pre-work & a discovery session which runs 60-90 mins in length
  • Coaching session are approx. 45 minutes in length.
  • Commitment & consistency is key for coaching to be successful. A calendar of sessions will be established to make the most of your time with the coach. Our recommendation is to consider starting with five sessions over 3 months plus the initial discovery session.
  • Sessions are suggested to be held in a quiet, neutral environment (away from distractions).
  • Initial session is recommended to be completed face-to-face . As the sessions continue, phone or face to face coaching can be completed.
  • Upon completion of a session you will leave with requests (action items) to consider/complete prior to the next session.
  • Standard industry practise is for payment to be received at the start of each month.

Circle Coaching


What’s Circle Coaching?  Stemming from the core of Co-active Coaching, Circle Coaching provides a group of interested individuals an overview of a client agenda lead coaching experience through a number of exercises within the Co-active practise to get a real taste of the Co-active experience. All participants will leave the 1.5 hour session with an understanding of how co-active coaching is done & a walk away with a life impact for themselves.

Looking for something different and invigorating to bring to your friend group, network session, Mother’s group or otherwise?  Circle coaching will leave your participants in a positive, reflective place of “what more can I do for myself and/ or the greater good”. A solid introduction of what  Co-active Coaching could do for them in the short & long term.  Contact us to sign up for a session

 


Group Coaching


Group Coaching involves 4 to 6 individuals who are keen to both participate in as well as learn some of the basics of Co-active Coaching.  The sessions are 1.5 to 2.5 hours in length and conducted bi-monthly.  Sessions are most often contracted out in 6 month periods, include 1-on-1 coaching, group coaching, facilitation and exercises.
